They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but usually that's just a figure of speech.
In fact, these portraits by artist Mike Matola contain far more than a thousand words each.
The images are made up of handwritten lyrics, the text of film scripts, or, in the case of the image of Jack Nicholson in 'The Shining', the message "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" (which will make creepy sense if you've seen the film).
Across his portraits of the four Beatles, Matola managed to fit in all the lyrics from seven of the Fab Four's albums.
To give you an idea of the intensity of the undertaking, here's an image of Mike working on his next project: an image from 'Pulp Fiction' made out of the movie's script.
