WEB EXCLUSIVE: Alex Anthopoulos On Rasmus, Lawrie and Snider

General Manager of the Toronto Blue Jays Alex Anthopoulos talks about three of his players, and how they've each respectively handled the pressure of being in the big leagues. He also admits to some of the lessons the organization has learned about developing their players.

Alex:
"When Brett Lawrie came up, I think the second or third day in, we had a big ad in the Toronto Star, with Brett Lawrie in it, and I just went to Paul Beeston, I said 'Paul, can we just chill out on this?' ... With Travis (Snider), I think we're at fault, 100 percent for, we brought him up too early, I think we built up expectations, but there's so many players that have gone through this same path that he has - he's only 24 - that have emerged at 25, 26 and so on, he's got all the talent in the world and I still have a lot of hope that he's going to become a great player."
