Is There a Drug To Erase Bad Memories?

Remember the movie 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind'... when a former couple erases the bad memories of their breakup?

Well, one day that could become reality, sort of. Researchers affiliated with the University of Montreal released a study showing the drug metyrapone can alter a stress hormone that may help erase negative memories.

The hope is that one day it could be used to treat things like post-traumatic stress disorder.
