Apparently, the President of the Czech Republic is a thief! And we have the video evidence...

On a recent trip to Chile, while the Chilean President was speaking, the President of the Czech Republic, Vaclav Klaus, was caught on tape taking a pen. Okay, it's only a pen. And normally, it wouldn't be a big deal. But it seems this was no accident.

Watch how methodical Klaus is, as he pockets the pen. And to make things worse, it's not the first time a representative of the Czech Republic has been involved in a robbery on the world stage.
