The Sheepdogs Win Rolling Stone Contest
Congrats to Saskatoon band The Sheepdogs - they won Rolling Stone's competition to become the first unsigned band in history to appear on the cover of the magazine.
The band will be touring Canada with Kings of Leon starting in September. And yeah, even though the Kings have cancelled the rest of their U.S. dates thanks to some internal band troubles (they announced that their lead singer, Caleb Followill, is suffering from vocal problems and exhaustion), the Canadian leg of their tour is still on. For now.
