GST S3: Episode 115 - Olivia Chow And Sook-Yin Lee And Roma Downey

We're joined by three talented women. First up, Olivia Chow and Sook-Yin Lee are in the red chair to talk about the new film 'Jack' about Olivia's husband, Jack Layton (airing March 10 at 8 pm on CBC). Sook-Yin will be playing the role of Olivia in the movie, and we'll get into what it's like to lose someone you love, and how to embody that grief as an actor. Also in the red chair is Roma Downey, who has spent much of her career exploring the shared space between spirituality and acting. It started on 'Touched by an Angel', a wildly successful TV show that ran for nine seasons in the US. For the role, Roma drew on her own faith. Now, she's part of a new mini-series, 'The Bible', which aims to adapt one of the most influential books of all time. Not only does Roma play Mother Mary, she's also co-producing the series with her husband, Mark Burnett.
