A Pakistan Army soldier stands at a checkpoint on the outskirts of the ski resort of Malam Jaba, on 25 February, 2011, in the Swat Valley, Pakistan. The resort was blown up by the Taliban after they had finished using it as a base of operations during the recent conflict in the Swat Valley.
