VIDEO OF THE DAY: Vincent van Gogh’s “Starry Night” In Domino Form

Vincent van Gogh once wrote, "it does me good to do what's difficult". YouTube user Flippycat might just know what he means: he spent 11 hours placing 7067 dominoes to recreate van Gogh's 'The Starry Night'. And the marathon session was Flippycat's second attempt. The first time he tried, he dropped a screw from the camera rig onto his creation, forcing him to start again from scratch.

The video below shows the process of putting the piece together and the moment of release when all the dominoes fall, revealing the full picture. The music is 'Time Flux' by Revolution Void. Check out the art of dominoes below:
