Alfred Hitchcock fan and video artist Jeff Desom has demonstrated that Hitchcock's work is still pretty mesmerizing when you watch it all in one go: he created a time-lapse video that composites all the scenes from 'Rear Window' into a single piece. As he points out, "since everything was filmed from pretty much the same angle I was able to match them into a single panoramic view of the entire backyard without any greater distortions".
