It's the holiday season, meaning it's the time of year where we indulge ourselves with food, drink and socializing, only to then worry about what we're doing to our health. (No big surprise that people tend to make a lot of New Year's resolutions about getting fit.)

But what about the rest of the year? Living healthily can be hard work, even at the best of times.

Dr. Mike Evans, a staff physician at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto and an associate professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Toronto, has come up an inventive way to help people address the issue: He has produced an animated movie to answer the question "What is the single best thing we can do for our health?"
