The Boy Who Wants To Be A Frontrunner

With the Stanley Cup playoffs back at it tonight, and down to the final four, some of you moms and dads might be able to relate to this video.

As the dad who shot it wrote on YouTube, "My 4 year-old son was highly upset I didn't let him root for the Yankees (we are all Mets fans in the family). Was trying to teach him a lesson on loyalty to your team and learning how to lose. It didn't go too well!"

Ask any hard core sports fan, and they'll tell you, one of the worst things you can be is a frontrunner - someone who just jumps on the bandwagon of whichever team is the best.

The unwritten code of honour says you're supposed to stick with your team - even when things are going really bad.

But the little guy in this video doesn't quite understand that yet. And it just might serve him well later in life.

By the way, we love it when he wipes his tears and nose on the bedspread.
