Happy Thanksgiving! Hopefully you're enjoying the day off today with family and friends, or finding some other way to mark the holiday. To put you in the right frame of mind, we've asked some guests and friends of the show to tell us what Thanksgiving means to them.

First up, Joseph Boyden, author of The Orenda and Through Black Spruce, talks about how his family spends Thanksgiving and muses about the differences between the Canadian and American versions of the feast:

And next, Don Ferguson of Air Farce (whose 40th Anniversary DVD is out now) and rapper Michie Mee tell us the really, really little things that they're thankful for:
