According to YouTube user RideVictoria, the actions in this video constitute an R.A.C. (Random Act of Coolness).

But Jalopnik, an American site that posted the video, suggested the "C" stands for something else: "Canadianness."

You can understand why they might think that: the clip is called "How We Do A Drive-By in Canada."

In the video, a motorcyclist with a helmet cam pulls over to help out a woman in a motorized wheelchair who's become stuck in a flowerbed.

RideVictoria writes that the clip "is not meant to toot my own horn, but to encourage people to take a moment to help out when an opportunity presents itself."
