If this week felt like a bit of a greatest hits parade on George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight, that's because it sort of was.

After airing a special Remembrance Day episode featuring Captain Simon Mailloux, the first known Canadian soldier to return to duty after an amputation, and author Joseph Boyden, we revisited some of the ace interviews which have taken place so far this season. That meant exploring Keanu Reeves and Tiger Chen's new film Man of Tai Chi, a talk with conservationist Jane Goodall, a cosmic chat with retired astronaut Chris Hadfield, some wry conversation with Rompin' Ronnie Hawkins and a fascinating session with Gravity director Alfonso Cuarón.
