Keep Calm And Carry On: The Story Of An Accidentally Iconic Poster

It's an image that seems to have been everywhere in recent years - on posters, T-shirts, mugs, and in countless parodies of those same items: The words "Keep Calm and Carry On" underneath a stylized crown, presented in reassuring simplicity and graceful font.

Where did it come from? A British propaganda poster from the Second World War, it was never used and hidden away, not to be rediscovered until decades later by a bookstore-owning couple in the north of England. Now its story - and a view of what certainly seems to be the most awesome bookstore of all time - gets a suitably beautiful video telling:
