Alright, fellas. We hope your upper lip is ready, because over the next month it's going to have one wild ride.
That's right, today is the start of 'Movember' - that time of year when clean shaven gentlemen around the world make the moustache a must-have.
For 30 days, at least.
Of course, it's all part of an annual charity campaign dedicated to "changing the face of men's health."
Traditionally, the goal has been to raise awareness and money related to men's health issues, particularly prostate cancer.
But this year, organizers have expanded their campaign to include men's mental health.
Adam Garone is the CEO and co-founder of Movember. He told us the campaign was big enough in Canada now to have a real impact on both causes.
"We know that mental health issues are a large contributing factor for men having a shorter life expectancy than women. This clearly identifies it as a critical male health issue that needs addressing," Garone says.
"Male mental health is something we have addressed for a while now in Australia and New Zealand and it has made a significant impact on the lives of men there. We know it will do the same here."
Since Movember started in 2003, organizers say more than 1.9 million people have taken part in 21 countries around the world.
All that facial hair has helped raise more than $299 million for men's health organizations.

The men who take part in Movember are called Mo Bros; the women who support the cause are Mo Sistas.
"Mo Sistas get involved the exact same way that Mo Bros do, except they don't have to grow a Mo. They register at www.movember.com, they start a team and recruit members, start conversations about men's health and raise funds," Garone says.
"Mo Sistas really do play a crucial role helping Mo Bros along the journey, these are the women that get men to the doctors."
And Garone has a message for the Mo Sistas.
"Never underestimate the power of a wink and a nod to a Mo Bro. Let him know his moustache looks good," he says. "It goes a long way and makes the difference in the first couple weeks especially when the growth might be a little sparse."
Last year, organizers say more than 850,000 moustaches were grown around the world, raising more than $125 million.
Canadians raised nearly $42 million - more than any other country. Next on the list was Britain with $24.6 million.
Along with the money, Garone says the real key is "Getting men to talk about their health. Breaking down that stigma that men are super heroes and then once we know that, being proactive about our health."
Plus, they have an award called the Lame Mo.
"(It's) for the Mo Bro who has tried really hard, done his best, rocked the Mo but still ends up with barely a 5 o'clock shadow on his upper lip," Garone says.
"It's an awesome award to win because you know that Mo has started more conversations about men's health then most of the big bushy ones out there."
This year, even the competitive-facial-hair circuit is getting involved. On November 11, the World Beard and Moustache Championships are being held in Las Vegas.
Organizers say the official after-party will be a Movember benefit.
Back in 2003 in Australia, Garone and a few friends decided to grow a moustache for the month of November.
It ended up being so much fun and such a conversation starter, that the guys decided to make their Mo-growing an annual charitable event, by adding an important cause - prostate cancer.
Since then, Movember has celebrated a series of milestones and grown into the world's largest non-government funder of prostate cancer research. In 2007, the cause came to Canada.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer to affect Canadian men.
One in seven men will be diagnosed with the disease in his lifetime. It can go years before being detected, which is why screening is so important.
Men past the age of 50 are more likely to get prostate cancer, and men over age 65 make up two-thirds of prostate cancer cases.
Men with a high-fat, low-fibre diet are at higher risk.
