Can Blind People Draw? Tommy Edison, Blind Since Birth, Answers The Question

Film critic Tommy Edison has released a series of videos that answer questions about what life is like for blind people.

In his latest video, Edison, who has been blind since birth, tackles the question of whether blind people can draw.

The answer? Of course! But there are some challenges. For one thing, as Tommy explains, for people who have never had a sense of sight, the whole world is three-dimensional.

That makes representing something in two dimensions on the page a little difficult.

Another difficulty? Remembering where you left off. Whenever Edison lifts his marker off the page, he runs the risk of losing his spot.

But as he ably proves in this video, blind people can definitely draw, and the final products of his work are pretty awesome.

You can check out lots more of Edison's videos on his YouTube channel, TommyEdisonXP.
