As Canadians, we take pride in our ability to tough out the winter. But I gotta say, for many parts of the country at least, we haven't really been tested this year. In fact, our neighbours to the south have been hit with a worse winter than we have, in some regions anyway. And in one state in particular, it has been bananas. Oklahoma is already notorious for unpredictable weather, but this year the town of Nowata could be forgiven for thinking Mother Nature has a serious drug problem.
