You've seen him: the DJ with the giant mouse head, blasting out tracks at parties from Vancouver to Vienna, pumping his fist above his giant, rodent-shaped noggin in front of the dancefloor.

Canada's own Deadmau5 is surely one of the world's most mysterious superstar DJs, if only because a) so few people know what he really looks like, and b) he has a giant mouse for a head.

The man born Joel Zimmerman in Niagara Falls, Ont., recently released a DVD called "Live At Earl's Court," headlined the Rogers Centre in Toronto, and announced an upcoming residency in Las Vegas. He also posted this picture, shared by AUX-TV, of what it actually looks like from inside that big, glowing mask:
