Stuart McLean Talks Mid-Life Crises, Feeling Like A Rockstar, And Hearing Impressions Of Himself

Stuart McLean, host of CBC Radio's 'The Vinyl Cafe', was in the red chair yesterday. But we couldn't fit the whole conversation into the broadcast - here's a little more.

Check out Stuart's answers to a few rapid-fire questions from George, covering everything from rock stardom to awkward fan impressions.

In this clip, Stuart talks about...

The difference between giving and receiving applause
I've stood in the audience of a rock show, as part of a standing ovation, and applauded for someone else, and felt great big feelings. You know, sent great big feelings to the stage, thinking, I love this guy, or these people, right? I've also stood on the stage, and received that, but you don't feel it when you're receiving it, because you're... you're worried about, 'Is my fly open? Is it time to leave the stage now?'
