Erica Durance talks 'Man of Steel' And Lois Lane

Before starring on 'Saving Hope', Erica Durance spent seven seasons on the TV series 'Smallville', playing Superman's soul mate, Lois Lane. Erica talks about the timeless appeal of Superman, the evolution of Lois, and makes a connection with another Canadian actress, Margot Kidder, who played Lois in the 1970s and 1980s alongside Christopher Reeve.

"We kinda went back to the drawing board and we looked at what we wanted to do for what people are kind of ready for at this time, and that was the thing with Lois, I think she was always a bit ahead of the curve with whatever was happening."
