Okay, on a typical day, when your alarm clock goes off, how many times do you hit the snooze button?
If you're the type that jumps right out of bed, good for you.
But if you hit snooze 4 or 5 or 6 times, because you just need a few more minutes - well apparently, you could be doing yourself more harm than good.
And it could in fact end up making you more tired.

As they explain, alarm clocks mess with our natural sleep cycle and hitting snooze just messes us up more.
