Ontario Government Ad Compares Social Smoking To Social Farting

Well, when you're trying to get people to quit smoking, almost anything is worth a try (we guess).

This video is part of ad campaign by Ontario's Health Ministry aimed at people who say they smoke "socially."

It's called Quit The Denial and it targets people age 18 to 29 by equating "social smoking" with the idea of "social farting."

The government is hoping that humour will drive home the point and show how ridiculous casual smoking is.

It's also come up with ads about the "Social Ear Wax Picker" and the "Social Nibbler".
