Even if you've never stepped foot inside a theatre, you probably know the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber - Evita, Cats and, of course, 'The Phantom of the Opera.'

The longest-running show on Broadway, Phantom has amassed more $5 billion in theatre-ticket sales worldwide (nearly twice what the movie Avatar has pulled in.)

A musical-theatre brand in his own right, Andrew is now turning his attention to TV, to help create the next generation of theatre fans.

He found a new star for 'The Sound of Music' with the talent-competition series 'How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria.' And he recently did it again with CBC's 'Over The Rainbow' - a search for a new Dorothy in 'The Wizard of Oz.'
