Beauty Sleep Myth Confirmed

When it gets dark at 4 pm and it's freezing out, you just feel like curling up and hibernating the winter away. According to a Swedish study, it would do you more favours than you realize. Researchers put a group of volunteers through sleep deprivation, then let them sleep for 8 hours. They were rated more attractive after they hit the hay.
