Marisa Tomei On The First Ever Vagina Monologues

Marisa Tomei was one of the performers in the first ever Vagina Monologues, but even before that, she remembers watching it back when Eve Ensler was first doing it as a one-woman show. In this clip, Marisa recalls the unusual theatre companions that were with her that night.

Here's some of what Marisa talks about in this clip...

"Well, it's the unspoken being spoken."

"So I go to see The Vagina Monologues in this tiny theatre, with Joanne Woodward on one side and Paul Newman on the other. And we're watching this show about vaginas."
