George spent this weekend in Calgary, arriving Thursday evening after an excitingly snowy flight.
On Friday, he received this Tweet from Richard Stroobant, an instructor at SAIT Polytechnic:
@strombo Any chance you have time to talk to SAIT broadcasting students again George?
— Richard Stroobant (@RStroobant) February 8, 2013
Since he had some free time, George figured why not? Here's his response:
@rstroobant when were you thinking ?

As it tends to do, word started spreading on Twitter.
Oh Maa GAAWH! @strombo might come into Sait today to talk to all the broadcasting students! SO EXCIIITED!

George confirmed his attendance (and his allegiance to the Wu) with a picture:
"@a_hoyhoy: Holy balls @strombo might be coming to see my class!!" En route... #wutangforever twitter.com/strombo/status...

He also shared a shot of himself in transit, discussing the work of comics genius Neil Gaiman.
Oh hey @neilhimself. Sharing a train ride with @camthewiz in Calgary... He's updating me on your Miracle man genius twitter.com/strombo/status...

Once he arrived, he had the opportunity to spend a few hours chatting with Mr. Stroobant's class about his career, and to share some advice for young people starting out in the industry.
And there was time for some photo ops afterwards:

George had a fantastic time meeting everyone. Not a bad way to spend a Friday afternoon.
Thanks for letting me infiltrate SAIT :) @shawnapresland @thedjmajesti @chadly767 @daniagravelle @melbuzzz @briajupe twitter.com/strombo/status...
