I'LL TUMBLR FOR YA: 'Buffet', Boring Rock Stories And ... Dave Coulier?

We continue our occasional roundup of some of the best - or at least most notable - Tumblr feeds that we've come across, this week with a grab bag of offerings.

Not sure how to spell Warren Buffett's name? Want to share your tedious encounter with an actual rock star? Really, REALLY like that one picture of ex-Full House star Dave Coulier? You're not alone. Meet your micro-blogging support group:

1. Warren 'Buffet' Watch

The man known as the "Oracle of Omaha" is one of the most celebrated financial gurus in the world, a fabulously successful investor and a recent player in the U.S. presidential election campaign for his insistence that he and his fellow members of the "1%" should pay at least the same tax rate as their secretaries. He even inspired Ralph Nader to write a book about super-rich superheroes.

So you'd think the least we could do is spell Warren Buffett's name right. And yet here are countless examples of where that extra "t" is just too troublesome:


2. Rock and Roll Tedium

Perhaps you've experienced it - the rising excitement you feel when that vaguely familiar-looking person in the grocery store becomes instantly recognizable. "Hey! It's that guy! The one from that band that I just LOVE! Ohmigod, ohmigod, ohmigod ..."

And then the magic disappears when you realize that watching the dude from your favourite band buy hemorrhoid cream isn't such a glamorous rock 'n' roll experience, after all.
