China's Next Top Model: 72-Year-Old Grandfather Becomes Fashion Icon After Modelling Clothes For Teenage Girls

If you want to be successful in business, it doesn't hurt to set yourself apart and stand out from the crowd.

Well, a woman in China who runs an online fashion business has found a way - all because her grandfather models her clothes.

Except, he's not modeling clothes for men. He's modeling clothes for teenage girls.

Apparently, 72-year-old Liu Qianping tried on some items from his granddaughter's shop for fun and ended up posing for some photos.

His granddaughter posted them online and they quickly went viral. Since then, her sales have taken off and her grandfather has become something of a fashion icon.

Check out the report at the top of the page from the BBC.

Liu has even done the 'Gangnam Style' pose made famous by South Korean rapper Psy.

And like any good grandfather, he gives his opinion about certain clothes - offering his granddaughter advice on which items could be better.

Apparently, he really likes bright, contrasting colours.
