Banksy, Meet Tom Hanks. Fans Of Clever Art Pranks, Meet Hanksy.

What do you do if you're a street artist with a deep appreciation for the work of both guerrilla graffiti practitioner Banksy and that of beloved Hollywood actor Tom Hanks?

Obviously you start with the name correlation, which is how the parody artist known as Hanksy arrived at his moniker. Then you take the most iconic images of the former, and pair them with the iconic face of the latter.

Presto! You've made clever, referential pop art that can get you a show at a New York gallery, AND an interview with a writer who just might be Tom Hanks' daughter.
