If you haven't seen it yet, this video is definitely worth some of your time. Do you spend a lot of time on your bike? Well, Montrealer Guillaume Blanchet might have you beat. In this brilliant video, featuring music by Paul Maco and Bam Prod, Guillaume sleeps, showers, gets dressed, cooks, grocery shops, does dishes, plays tennis, meets girls, and does pretty much everything else, all while riding his bike.

The video, which was shot over 382 days in Montreal, is dedicated to Guillaume's father. Watch it below:
