Street Cents examines the world of skiers and boarders who are taking some pretty serious risks by going out of bounds. Every winter some of them go missing. Some make it back alive, others aren't so lucky and die of exposure before help arrives. Some are never found at all. She says the cover photos they're using are degrading to women and that she subscribes to the magazine for the news about her favourite bands, not to get a rise off the cover page. Paul Murphy a.k.a. Skratch Bastid is a hip-hop DJ from Halifax, Nova Scotia. He saved up and bought his first set of turntables at age 17 (he's 20 now.) He does shows at local clubs and also tours North America and Europe. He recommends working hard to promote your business and doing something that you love.

Brokerage fees
