Harper sent a written response Friday.
Williams said he is pleased with Harper's responses, especially on issues involving Labrador. The Tories have committed to station about 650 military personnel at 5 Wing Goose Bay.
"On the Trans-Labrador Highway, there is a commitment for a 50-50 cost share of support for the Trans-Labrador Highway, which is a major undertaking which our government is committed to do," Williams said.

The Liberals and New Democrats have also received the letter. Both parties say they will respond soon.
