When you leave the gym but still need to run some errands, you may need to quickly freshen up. Here are some quick DIY body refreshers to keep you smelling nice from head to toe!
In a spray bottle, mix 1 tbsp of corn starch, 4 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of hydrogen peroxide. Shake well and spray on hair for quick refresher. Add a drop of your favorite essential oil for a sweet smell.
Both hydrogen peroxide and cornstarch are de-greasers. Cornstarch does not dissolve fast, so you will notice that after the water has evaporated the cornstarch will still remain.
DIY Green Tea Face Mist
Pour cold water into your spray bottle, add a green tea bag, and let it steep for an hour or two. Add ice if you'd like, and mist on your face.

Mix 1 tsp. each of baking soda and baking powder in a plastic bag or mason jar, with a locking top.
Add 3 or 4 drops of sage essential oil.
