The Perfecter, $140.00

The Perfecter is a hair product that claims to make curls effortless.

The claim: This product claims to deliver an effortless approach to salon styled hair. The Perfecter Fusion Styler is a heated round brush used to add volume, body and shine. It's like getting a blow out from the salon, in the comfort of your own home.

The verdict: "This brush doesn't even spin! It doesn't save you any time because you have to first blow dry your hair, then use the Perfector. For $140 I'm going to the salon to get my hair did!" — Taylor

Garnier Skin Renew Treatment Mask, $19.99

Cher is testing the Garnier Skin Renew Treatment Mask.

The claim: This mask claims to fade the look of dark spots and boost radiance to your skin. Each mask claims to have half a bottle of hydrating serum, vitamin C and glycerin. To use: 10 minutes per mask, three times a week and see results in two weeks.

The verdict: "Aside from the fact that you look like a serial killer, I felt my skin feel super hydrated after I used the mask for a couple of weeks. For $19.99, I’d say it’s a yes!” — Cher

Glo Brilliant Whitening Device, $240

Chris' angels test out the Glo Brilliant Whitening Device for your teeth.

The claim: This product claims to give your teeth the pearly white colour you’d get at the dentist, at home! GLO uses patented Guided Light Optic (G.L.O.) technology, with heat resistors strategically placed and LED light built into a closed system mouthpiece. The whitening gel is applied to the teeth, and the mouthpiece activates the gel.

The verdict: “I have to say, since I have sensitive teeth, I’ve never been able to get them whitened, but this product is designed for people like me. It is a bit of a process but I think it’s worth giving it a try. I say yes!” — Joanne
