There are so many fitness class options these days, how do you know what's worth your while? We sent Chris' Angels out in into the world to try out some of the trendier options, all of which received with two thumbs up!
1. Pole Dancing Fitness at Aradia Fitness
The claim: This is exactly what you need to try if you've been meaning to get fit but just can't stick it out at the gym, or if somewhere deep down you're longing to transform into the most irresistible version of you.
The verdict: It was a fun and challenging workout - more challenging than you'd even know! If you've never tried it, don't be shy and give it a whirl! — Joanne
2. Ballet Fitness at Barreworks
The claim: Using the ballet barre, resistance bands and weighted balls, you will be engaged in an energizing combination of exercises that is unlike anything you've experienced before. Muscle sculpting, cardio training, core conditioning and deep stretching with an emphasis on posture and alignment. All this, set to a kickass playlist.
The verdict: Definitely got the best workout from this class. About a quarter of the class was based around the barre, with alot of floor work using weighted balls and your own body weight. Super fun - you can let out your inner ballerina! — Cher
3. Bollywood Dance Fitness at Divine Heritage Artistry
The claim: Have fun, work out, and learn a new style of dance. Whether you watch Bollywood movies and love the dance routines, want to have fun while working out, or just like to learn new dance moves, Bollywood dance classes are a brilliant way to have fun while getting a great workout.
The verdict:This would be a great class to attend with a mixed group of people - men, kids or just a bunch of girlfriends! My favourite move was to just let go and spin in circles! — Taylor
