¼ cup limoncello
2 nectarines, cut into pieces
1 cup raspberries
2 cups white cranberry juice
1 bottle (750 ml) prosecco
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
ice, for serving
Pour the limoncello, peaches, and raspberries in a large pitcher. Mix well and let stand all one hour in refrigerator (for the flavors to meld).
Add the juice and prosecco to fruit mixture.
Serve in wine glasses and add ice, if desired.
