Low-Cal Colada


If you like pina coladas, you'll love this 200-cal version, which shaves 100 calories off the original recipe.

5 tbsp coconut water
4 tbsp sugar-free pineapple juice
2 tbsp pineapple chunks
1.5 oz. rum

  1. Fill shaker glass with ice. Add all ingredients and shake well.
  2. Strain and pour into cocktail glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with pineapple chunks.
