Kitchen Q & A: David Rocco

If anyone can talk about the tastes of Italy, it's David Rocco. The TV host and author has been living la dolce vita in Florence for four seasons on his hit show, the aptly titled David Rocco's Dolce Vita, and now adds another cookbook to his growing list of culinary accomplishments: Made In Italy (HarperCollins, 2011), a stunning collection of 140 rustic dishes.

We caught up with the self-proclaimed non-chef to talk about what's always in his pantry, why he loves his knives and his passion for pasta bolognese.
