Honey and Citrus Fool

Chef Chris Brown shows us his elegant yet healthy recipe for a fresh desert. Test it out on your guests — they'll never guess the secret ingredient is Greek yogurt!

Ingredients

1 cup 2% Greek yogurt
1 cup 35% whipping cream, medium peaks
3 tablespoons honey
1 orange, juiced and zested
1 orange, segmented
garnish mint

Preparation

  1. Whip the cream with honey until medium peaks form. 
  2. Zest and juice the orange over yogurt and stir.  
  3. Fold whipped cream into yogurt. 
  4. Segment remaining orange and fold into cream mixture. 
  5. Transfer to decorative glasses and garnish with mint and extra orange zest if desired.
