Our resident mixologist Simon Ho shared one of his friend's favourite cocktail recipes. It was inspired by a trip to India and infuses flavours from the east with a kick from the west.
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz banana liqueur
Equal parts pineapple and mango juice
Pinch of curry powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Fill shaker glass with ice. Combine all ingredients into shaker, then shake! Fill a collins glass with ice. Strain drink into glass, top with a second pinch of curry powder, and cayenne pepper. Cheers!
