Maple-Dijon Mustard

This sauce is so versatile and simple, you'll always want to have a jar on hand! Drizzle it on a sandwich or use it to glaze a peameal roast, when bacon is about three-quarters cooked.

By Chef Jo Lusted

1/4 cup maple syrup (or liquid honey)
1/4 cup each grainy Dijon and smooth Dijon mustard
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
