Grilled Pineapple à la Mode

Grilled pineapple a la mode.

4 cups (1 L) PC Blue Menu Mango Sherbet
1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
2 limes, cut into wedges

  1. Preheat BBQ to medium-high.
  2. Slice pineapple crosswise into 8 equal slices. Place on greased grill; cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pineapple is golden with grill marks.
  3. Place each slice of pineapple onto a dessert plate; top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) sherbet and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
