Dietary Dish
- Hemp milk is a great nut-free dairy alternative for those with nut allergies. Plus, it's rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce inflammation and is essential for heart and cognitive health, and cell- and muscle-building protein.
- Cacao nibs are an amazing superfood and one of the highest plant-based sources of magnesium, which helps to calm muscles and nerves and can also alleviate headaches and muscle cramps.
- Mesquite pod is a superfood. It's rich in anti-cancer and anti-aging antioxidants and has a maple-like taste.
- Chia seeds are super high in fibre and one of the highest plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
*If you don't have mesquite and find you need a little added sweetness, replace with coconut sugar to taste.
