8 pieces PC Blue Menu Extra Lean Stone Roasted Ham or Deli Sliced Turkey Breast
shredded romaine lettuce
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and cover with a thin layer of cream cheese.
- Lay 2 pieces of ham or turkey on top of the cream cheese. (The meat should cover most of the tortilla.)
- Sprinkle an even layer of grated carrot on top of the ham or turkey; repeat with shredded lettuce.
- Tightly roll tortilla into a log; wrap entire log with plastic wrap, twisting the ends. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Repeat Steps 1-4 with remaining tortillas.
- Remove plastic; trim ends off each tortilla wrap and cut evenly into1.5-in. rounds.
