Banana, Chocolate & No-Nutter Quesadillas

2 PC Blue Menu 100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Tortillas
4 tbsp soya butter
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
1 banana, thinly sliced

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Place tortillas on a flat surface and cover each with soya butter.
  3. Scatter bananas and chocolate chips on one of the tortillas and top with second tortilla.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes; cool for 5 minutes, then use a kitchen towel to lightly press the quesadilla together.
  5. Cut quesadilla into 8 even wedges and serve warm.
