Man in need of a makeover? He's not the only one. Fear not: Whether you've got a rocker or jock, prepster or city slicker, fashion producer Tara Williams has tips to help get your guy out of his style rut!
1. The Man's Man
This guy is all about putting in a hard day's work. His wardrobe is comprised of rugged essentials, such as flannels, denim and plenty of warm layers. Instead of taking him outside his comfort zone, try adding a little charm to his rough and ready style.

He was the guy all the girls swooned over in high school. And now? The modern rocker goes for an effortless, textured look in his signature black complemented by deep hues.

Think Ivy League: polos and rugger sweaters, Top-Siders and tweed blazers. Keep the theme alive with a bold argyle print, coloured pant (really hot!) and bright button-up.

4. The Jock
The jock is an active dude and his look shows it. He can usually be found in sweats or denim, hoodies and sneakers. A more sophisticated yet sporty interpretation might include a khaki pant and slim-fit sweater. The fitted silhouette will showcase your athletic figure.

What's more classic than a great tailored suit? But instead of the traditional black, go for grey. Look for a slim, tailored fit with simple detailing.

He's not afraid to play into trends, and his look is ever-changing and evolving. Make an impact with a fabulous pair of dark, wide-leg jeans. Top it off with neutrals that boast funky hardware accents, and he's ready to hit the town!
