Dee Brun, the Cocktail Deeva, proved that beer can be sexy by transforming a bottle of ale into two extra tasty cocktails.  Chris loved the Michelada!  How about you?


Michelada Cocktail



Ingredients:

6 oz Beer
1 oz Tequila (good quality)
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash soy sauce
1 squeeze fresh lemon
1 dash Tobasco sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper

Garnish:

Pickled jalapeno peppers
Fresh hot pepper

Fill a large drinking glass 2/3 full with ice. Open beer bottle and set aside. Add all other ingredients into glass and stir to combine. Slowly pour beer into the glass - it will foam up more than usual because of the ice. Add garnish, mix once more and enjoy!

Melon Ale



Ingredients:

4 oz beer
1 oz melon liqueur
Club soda

Garnish:

Fresh slice of melon

Fill a large drinking glass 2/3 full with ice. Open beer bottle...drink half and let the remainder stand for five minutes. Add liqueur to glass, slowly add 4 oz beer to glass. Top with club soda and garnish with fresh melon.
