About S & C: Skulls & Mickey Mouse

Steven loves two things that fall on very opposite ends of the spectrum: skulls and Mickey Mouse. You can find multitudes of both around his house and among his personal items.

While some people may find skulls morbid, Steven thinks they're the epitome of cool. Chris tries to tone down Steven's love of skulls, but there are skull-themed items all over their home. Steven's computer mouse is a skull, and he owns skull decanters and placecard holders, just to name a few things. Naturally, plenty of his clothing and belts boast skulls as well. Steven recalls that one of his favourite sites during his vacation to Thailand was a large monument that was a skull made entirely from red glass.

As for the softer side of Steven, that's where his love of Mickey Mouse comes in. He has loved Mickey since he was young and his family took a few trips to Disney World. He even has his original powder blue Mickey sweatshirt that he got in grade 7, and he still wears it (even though it's snugger than it used to be)! Steven's collection includes at least four or five classic Mickey t-shirts.

In fact, Steven received the ultimate gift that brought together his love for skulls and Mickey Mouse - Chris bought him a t-shirt with a skull in the shape of Mickey's head. It's the best of both worlds!
