The reason a test like this is important is because it gives us a good sense of where we are now and where we want to be. I want each and every Canadian to strive for all As on this test but I do understand that baby steps can be easier to achieve than giant leaps. If you answered mostly Cs, then challenge yourself to improve to Bs this month and then As the next month.

- DON'T EAT OUT MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK
- WALK FOR 30 MINUTES EACH DAY
